About our Agency
Our agency opened in 2010 and has always had the same goal, to help people prepare for anything life may throw at them, especially in our local community. We are a small, high-performing, team that focuses on building relationships to better serve our clients and our team members. We have created an environment that allows for continuous learning, healthy competition, personal growth, and professional advancement.
I moved the agency to Covington, from Seattle, in 2020 to be closer to my kids & grandkids. I have since become involved in many local organizations and have been able to give back, with the agency, by sponsoring teams & events. My team and I work with integrity and have built a reputation as an agency our clients can trust, but don't just take it from me, take a look at our hundreds of reviews online.
For our team we offer strong earning potential, opportunities for development, retirement savings with matching, bonuses based on performance, and accumulating paid time-off. It is important that all team members have a good work-life balance and have flexibility in scheduling for a part-time team member.
If you desire to help people, be an expert in your field, work with a team to exceed goals, and be rewarded for it, this could be the opportunity you have been searching for.

Position Overview
Do you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact in someone’s day? Are you highly organized and driven by helping others? If so, we’d love to talk.
In this role you will play a key role in customer retention. You will focus on supporting current clients, directing phone calls, collecting payments, and recognizing potential opportunities. While this is not a sales position, your ability to recognize client needs and refer opportunities to our sales team is essential to our client-first approach.
While great, you do not need prior insurance experience — just a strong desire to learn, serve, and grow.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up
- Conduct policy review conversations to ensure clients’ coverage aligns with their current life situations
- Identify potential gaps in coverage or life changes and refer those opportunities to the sales team
- Handle billing inquiries, policy changes, documentation, and general service support with professionalism and care
- Use agency systems to maintain accurate records of all client communications and service actions
- Collaborate with the broader agency team to ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
- Stay up to date on insurance product knowledge and service processes (we’ll train you!)
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and listening skills
- A warm, service-minded attitude with a desire to help others
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology and agency systems to track tasks and client interactions
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to become licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (we can support you through this)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Schedule & Flexibility
- This is a part-time position (20–32 hours/week)
- Schedule can be set collaboratively to fit agency needs and your availability
- Some flexibility or hybrid options may be available after onboarding and training
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
